The Real Differences Between PS4 and Xbox One Performance

Your trying to say that the PS4 demand is higher and using pre order numbers as support for that statement which is inherently flawed considering the fact that we dont know the real number for either console. Which again, makes your argument a complete and total failure.

Polls themselves are inherently not indicative of an entire populace, period. Lets look at the recent poll of roughly ~1300 people. Of those 1300 26% said they wanted a PS4 and 15% for the XB1.

Now do the math, if there are in fact 1,000,000 pre orders for the PS4 then these poll results only account for less than .03% of the number of pre orders, which makes it significantly too small of a number to draw any form of conclusion or find any type of trend.

Polls themselves, are inherently flawed because they are EASILY skewed, which is why real market analysts do not use them, only idiotic little journalism sites do.

You havent proven a single thing that i have said wrong, period. end of story. You've done nothing but spout marketing BULLSHIT as fact. The sheer fact that your quoting theoretical values on the PS4 and non-theoretical numbers on the XB1 performance proves your utter ignorance. Not a single dev has shown us an actual sustainable 170+ gb/s throughput, because more than likely it isnt achievable, it is a theoretical number and only that

And this is why no one takes you seriously, you basically ignore everything laid in front of you. I'm not relying on PR, I don't have too.

Multiple sources across the board, at least you gave up on the pre order topic. It is nice to see you going back on the bandwidth issue though, same thing applies to Xbone and it's even more of an issue there as opposed to what Sony has done.

The consoles arent even released which means there is basically jack shit right in front of me, The only evidence we have of anything is media, and releases by the companies themselves. Youve proven over and over again that you have nothing but a giant sony stick up your ass. You have proven absolutely nothing you have just quoted media, and media in itself is biased.

Right....

Maybe those Gamestop employees should get free journalism degrees, or the analysts, or the........

Hmmm

Right...because Gamestop is responsible for the entire gaming industry?

The entire industry is saying exactly what I am saying so I'd advise you to not try that line of thinking when trying to prove whatever it is your debating.

No, the industry is not. A select few employees from Gamestop made these comments. Your taking these insignificant little comments made by nobodies and associating them with facts, which is inherently...stupid, for lack of a better word

Box art is a lost concept, but those cartridges were holding the games back with that terrible copper connect and extremely low memory. I'm not saying go pure digital, but disks are much better, I don't care if you have a five second load time!

The low memory storage was the only thing that help cartridges back.
Remember the time period these games were in.

Many of the cartridges didn't only hold the game, but additional memory and CPUs to help certain games process certain graphical effects.

Take Star Fox for example, it had a Super FX chip in it, which the SNES did not have built in.

For the time period, other than the memory restrictions, cartridges were very necessary.
Once we moved into the Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation era, there was little need for cartridges since the technology had finally caught up.

Cartridges were the only downside and disadvantage of the N64.
Cartridges did have one advantage over the optical media (CDs) of the time period, they were much faster, with 1/20 of the load times, if not more.

Copper connections had nothing to do with it; your SSD has copper connections, is that holding that back? ;)
The only bad connections were on the original NES, but this issue was fixed in the NES 2.

Unless you had problems with Gameboy, Genesis, SNES, and other system cartridges, not sure what you are talking about there.

Constant use which wore down the connectors either screwing your connection or require cleaning. I'm quite well aware of all the other copper connects inside my pc that only changes connections...never.

Specialised cartridges were used sparingly, while nice to have the opp potion then isn't needed now.
