I was thinking about liquid cooled thermo-electric cooling.
The specific product that i'd drop on my 2.6C is the MCW5000-PT which can be looked at here: http://www.swiftnets.com/products/mcw5000-PT.asp
Now they reccomend the Meanwell S320-12 for this product
(http://www.bestbyte.net/Product.cfm?ProductID=1299)
I have a 530W PSU (name and brand in sig)
3.3v@32amps, 5v@40amps, 12v@24amps. The 12rail is 225W and hte 3.3and 5v rails come to 305W.
Do i need this meanwell thing? I'm looking on swiftech's site and i can't really find any sort of connector for this thermoelectric waterblock....
bottom line is that while i'm pretty clueless here, I feel like my PSU is pretty kick ass for nowadays and though this meanwell thing is pretty powerful (12v@25amps compared to my 12v@24amps) and the MCW5000-PT looks like it'll take quite a draw, space and the $85.00+Shipping this second PSU is gonna cost me is at a minimum, you know?
any advice is appreciated
