So I know that 800XT's are out and the new cards from NVidia... but whats next.? Any word on the next big thing?

I was considering building a new PC when the 9800 Pros came out.... then decided to wait for these cards to come out... but the money coming in is slower than I thought... so whats next? And if nothing is known as of yet for the next generation of cards.. when do you think we'll see them?... christmas or next summer? ... . I'm still gaming on my GF3Ti500, but haven't been able to pick up a lot of the newier games, because I don't want to play them with craptastic graphics. I guess it comes down to how long I decide to hold out.

The NVIDIA Geforce 7000 Ultra Extreme Platinum Extended Revamped

&

The ATI Radeon x900 Xtra Turbo Ultra Professional Platinum

You heard it here first!

or the Geforce 6950.99 Uber Extreme Ultra Quadratic Exponential Turbine Vortex 7000.

Considering that this generation just came out I wouldn't worry about the next generation. Waiting from the beginning of this generation for the next one will just take forever. If you want to game pickup a budget card. Something in the mid range. Or pickup last gens champ, the Radeon 9800Pro. It's still a good card and isn't too hard on the wallet.

But the next gen is WAY far off. So I wouldn't worry about that.
