Hi all,

i just wanted to know if this product still has any problems. If anyone hear has bought this case recently. Not sure if i should buy this or not after reading the post hear. Any advice welcome thanks
 
I just sold mine to a user here. Love it. Great case. But good luck getting any service or help from the company... they're hard to get a hold of.
 
I'm curious if anyone in EU has actually bought one lately. No one in NA seems to be able to contact them this year it seems. If you manage to get one let us know. :)
 
Same hear am curious as well if anyone in the eu has bought one lately. Because some one said hear that they gave him the prototype one twice so they might just have the prototype one in the eu and nothing in the us shop
 
I'd stay away from that company. It seems they pretty much went underground a while ago forgetting their obligations towards a few customers.
 
Nice price on da Box hellfire, you could have probably sold it for 2x more easily but I guess you want to keep it local.

On another note, I'd also recommend staying clear from Lan Gear, not only is customer support nonexistent but the quality control in the machining of the case needs some improvement as well.
 
Great concept, nice case, really crappy Company.

It's a damn shame.
