My brother installed "Maple Story", but when he tried to play it, it didn't work. It became black and then returning to Windows like nothing happen.
Then, he installed "GhostOnline", but the game didn't work too, the same as MapleStory.
The strangest thing is that I can play UT2004 (but it stuck after 10 minutes).

Where is the problem? In the RAM? Proccessor? I don't know...

My computer specs:
Intel P4 2.6Ghz.
512RAM
GeForce FX5200 128MB.
120GB HDD.

*I didn't know where to write that topic, so i wrote it here.
Thanks!

Maybe one, or more, of your components aren't supported. It might be worth checking; although most of the time, even if they aren't supported, they still run.

since when is your windows installed? maybe a program is running in the background? I've this problem with some game if Folding@Home is running in the background.

I'd suggest updating your video and sound drivers to the latest and making sure you have the most recent patches for each of the games to start with.
