Got the day off today so I'm going over a few of my pics.

This model of the Enterprise D was suspended from the ceiling in the Las Vegas Hilton.

It was dark in the room and I didn't have my tripod so I popped the internal flash at it. It was too far away for the flash to have any effect, so the image came out rather underexposed. In the end, that has delivered the best results considering the conditions - the image is sharp due to the relatively fast shutterspeed and I could pull the details from the shadows using Capture.

Nikon D70, Focal Length: 34mm, Exposure Mode: Aperture Priority, Metering Mode: Multi-Pattern, 1/60 sec - F/8, Sensitivity: ISO 400

The image was also slightly PhotoShopped to clone out the walls of the room from the lower quarter of the pic.

When you first look at it, it looks like a computer generated image. I like the effect with the dark background, makes it look real almost. Kool shot.

Amazing capture, just like a movie poster. Even with the under power pop up flash, it created a realistic look of front to back exposure. How big is this thing?
