Upcoming dungeon crawler in the same vein as Dungeon Master, Legend of Grimrock, Might & Magic etc.

Apparently it is more battle focused than puzzle focused. Looks like it could be good. Will probably pick it up on launch day and will report back with impressions.

Due Nov 6th

That looks exactly like Grimrock.... except it actually has a spell casting buttons. Thank goodness.

Fun game so far. I've only just finished level 1 after 3 hours of play, but I was taking my time looking for secrets and clearing the whole map.

It's definitely more combat oriented than Grimrock and the puzzles are fairly basic.

Movement is a lot faster than most games of this type. Combat is in real-time with active pause and cooldowns on spells and abilities. Graphics are nice. Spell and ability particle effects are well done. I recommend it for anyone who likes the genre.

Large screenshot incoming...

Steam reviews are about 87% positive. Metacritic is 63% positive. Kind of a wide margin.

Looks like a Legend of Grimrock knockoff, but willing to give it a shot on that basis. Legend of Grimrock II really renewed my interest in this genre. The game I'm really waiting for is Legend of Grimrock III.
