Right, here's the story. I got my FPW2005 and was amazed. It had no dead pixels but had backlight leakage in the bottom left and right corners. Now, when watching films I noticed this. I had a replacement shipped, which still had backlight issues. I phoned dell up and was basically told that they would ship be a brand new one not a refurb like the first replacement and that they would not replace the monitor again if it had the problem, rather give me a refund. Now...the 2405 has been reduced to £660 here in the uk. What should I do? Should I;

A) Wait for my replacement to arrive next week and check it out. If it has backlight issues get a refund.

B) If it had backlight issues, ask if I'm able to add money to the cost and get an FPW2405.

C) Phone them tomorrow and ask could they change my replacement to a new 2405 for the extra cost.

I'm stuck really. I just can't be arsed going through the motions of getting my FPW2005 and having to wait LONGER to get a new monitor. Does the 2405 have any backlight/random issues? I've read 101 pages of the FPW2405 and backlighting doesn't seem to be an issue. I would be grateful if people could post pictures of their backlight whilst it's dark. Basically I don't want to end up with getting another dud dell. It feels risky to go with the 2405 as I'm convinced I'll have some sort of issue with it.
