well it has arrived and almost all is well..the only issue I had is the Tiger DVD that came with the mini won't mount but I know the drive is fine because it will take other DVDs...oh well..I will just bring home my copy from work and load it...might call AppleCare or go upstairs and talk to one of the engineers ;) but I digress...I was asked to post pics so here we go

actually I am indirectly the lucky bastard...its for my wife and this is much easier to support than that old POS she used to have...though I did stay up until midnight getting everything ported over :eek:

Not as of yet, still need a few more days to play around with it. ;) Two weeks and I've done nothing but download various apps, widgets, you name it, trying to figure out how it works and everything. F@H is the next thing to go though, I am reasonably satisfied that it won't melt!

nah...the MS one is a lot nicer..semi ergo..good feel and she likes it..she still can't believe how small it is and didn't believe me when I told her where the DVD slot was "it won't fit in THERE?!?" unfortunately I don't hear that too often from her :eek:

 
Good choice on the system. It's funny how she said 'this is easy'. Anytime anyone ever uses my mini at home they all walk away with pretty much the same opinion. Since I also have the 12" PB sitting right beside the mini, they ask to use it as well...NO...my PB ;)
