The best phone under $110 ?

I have researched some phones on Amazon recently, my budget is about $110, finally, I found this one called Axgio N1, which has standard specification, especially the customized OS - Neonado, the price is also reasonable i think, do you know this phone, whether it is the best choice for phone under $110?

What carrier/country you in? I'm sure you can get a better phone from a much more reputable OEM, and with much better software support (updates) on Swappa. And if you don't want to buy used for whatever reason (not sure what that could be) there's always the Moto G or Lumia 520 if WP is alright.
