Thailand vs China-Seagate drives

I recently purchased two Seagate 1TB 7200.12s. One from Amazon and the other through FRY's and as you can guess from my thread title one was manufactured in Thailand and the other in China.

I remember reading a while back that the Thailand drives were more failure prone, any truth to this statement? I plan on using the drives in RAID-0, both have same F/W.

If you want good drive, get the 1s made in Singapore. Go to ebay, find a singapore dealer who sells hard drive, ask him what hard drive he got that is made in singapore, then order it
