I am currently waiting on a store to get their shipment of both of these boards in, at first I was going to get the foxconn, but now im not realy quite sure because I just found out they are getting the TForce board.
I know the foxconn has a slightly better gpu (dont realy care about though, have a x800gto to put in the machine), has 7.1sound (only have 2.1 speakers, and if I ever decide to get good speakers ill go get an x-fi or something), it also has firewire... but I dont thinik I have anything that uses firewire.... but it does have 2 more SATA plugs which would be usefull. On the other hand I think ive heard the TForce overclocks better...

Which of the 2 would you guys recommend?
 
Well, after the amount of abuse I put the Tforce through during setup, I'm fairly convinced I made the right decision. The BIOS options are also quite engaging. It seems they also used pretty decent parts too. I'm not really that picky about the 410/430 differences. I got a soundcard and I never intended to use onboard video. I don't miss firewire especially. I dont really plan on going past the two SATAII ports. *shrug* I hear good things about the Foxconn too though.
 
With a 3000+ you would really benefit most from the extra overclocking abilities of the Biostar. Not sure why you would need more than 2 SATA ports.
 
I voted Foxy. It's got good OC options and more features than Biostar. Also, I've bought a Foxy before and it hasn't borked on my friend yet. The Biostar is also good, from what I've heard, but I never even knew Biostar existed before I started looking at mATX boards.
