Does your BIOS reload work after you've cleared CMOS? I loose all my saved BIOS configs if I clear CMOS, which never happened on my 939 setup. This is with the shipping BIOS and the lastest release BIOS flashed that it happens.
 
Mine wouldnt reload it either. That and the fact that it hated my GSkills made me switch to the Epox. The AM2 Tforce seems way too finicky for me, thats why she sits in my closet for now :)
