tforce a939 bios how to flash ?

hi folks .Just got my biostar tforce-a939 today .going in a Silverstone Temjin TJ08 .

machine is assembled at last after various snafu`s but i am a bit lost on how to flash the bios.

in the past ,using other mobo`s i have used awd flash and a bios file with .bin extensions.

from the biostar webpage it shows tforce bios.bst . This has really confused me as i have no idea how to flash the bios using this type of file.

Do i just go ahead and use awd flash but put the tforce bios.bst , instead of the normal xxxx.bin

or is there some other method to flash this mobo or somewhere i can get the lastest bios from biostar in a .bin format.

Sorry for the nub question in my first forum post.
 
you can use winflash in windows, and i think there is a flash utility you can access from within the bios. also, dos boot disk with awdflash and file. the .bst is just a naming convention (BioSTar). it is a .bin file, and works just like one.
