Texture pop in Tribes Acend - Can someone with a 7950 check this out

I just upgraded from a 5850.
I am having horrible texture and shadow pop in on Tribes ascend.
I have been playing this game on medium settings for over a year now.

Fraytown is an arena map that I play on I have uploaded a video to show the pop in:

If you have an 7950 or 7970 and this game can you see if this happens to you as well?

The game ran beautifully on my 5850. I am very frustrated at this point because it is ruining my gaming experience.

Unreal Engine always has terrible pop in, but there must be settings to help aleviate it:

Try that DetailMode = 4 on page 2 of that tweak guide.

My hope here is someone with a 7950 can run that spot and see if they get the same level of pop in. I need to know if it is a game issue or driver issue.
