Texas and Heat issue?

I live in Houston Tx and its always so damn fracking hot here for like 10 months of teh yr. Im running a stock pc with antec 1200 case and lots fans ( imma fan of fans) :p my case has 7 fans stock for push pull of course including my cpu cooler master 520n heatsink\fan. Would it help or make any difference if i went watercooled or a larger heatsink\fan to help keep the room and or pc cooler that much or not at all.

Let's say for some forsaken reason you live in the middle of the desert and have no AC. 120F is 49C. If your heatsink isn't capable of cooling your processor so it's no more than 40C over ambient, replace it with something better. Otherwise, really, your ambient temperature isn't going to be THAT major of a factor.

No matter what cooler you have, the heat output of the CPU has to go somewhere. No cooler will reduce the heat output of the CPU, and so you'll never see an improvement in your room's temperature because of upgraded cooling. The only way to reduce the heat generated by your PC is to reduce the energy consumption - Reducing voltage, underclocking, more aggressive power management, etc.

Heatsinks and fans (or watercoolers and their radiators+fans) don't make heat disappear, they just move it from the CPU/GPU to the air.
 
I was born and raised here in Dallas and as long as you have central air, you should be fine.

Water cooling still dumps the same amount of heat into the room.
 
I used to live in this cheap apartment in Chicago that had one window AC unit in the living room. My computer was in the second bedroom that I used as an office, and it got pretty hot in there. I kept a box fan in the doorway. That helped quite a bit.

You could also put a window AC in the room your computer is in for supplemental cooling if you have the right type of windows & adequate power. Many houses would probably require an additional circuit for that though. It seems like you get one per bedroom a lot of the time. If you're in an apartment just get a fan.
