I have two sticks of (IINM) Micron registered 512MB PC-133 ECC SDRAM DIMMs that came together with a Sun Blade 100 I recently purchased. It's missing a CPU and I'd like to run the RAM through a couple of rounds of memtest86+ to check that they're okay.
Anyone know whether this can be done with just any normal SDRAM mobo? How about if it was unregistered ECC?
BTW : If I can't get a CPU for the Blade 100, I might think about just selling off the RAM. PM for dibs
