Testing Newly built PC under max load

I want to test my newly built PC under max load (CPU, mem, GPU etc.) everything stressed out.

I want to see how much wattage is consumed when the entire system is stressed. I will be using cyberpower software to read the power consumed.

Can anyone recommend what program I can use to stress the system?
 
You can also use IBT (Intel burn test) for cpu for short term intensive stress testing. If testing longer terms 12 hrs+, go with Prime95.
