Testing Dell power supplies

I know how to test standard ATX power supplies by jumping the green and a black wire.. does anyone know which wire it is on Dell power supplies with their funky color coding?
 
Depends on which model Dell it came from. Dimenssion 4300, 4400, 8200 all used standard ATX pinouts. As far as the rest, go to Dell User Guides and look up the system you have. PS On is still usually Pin 14, then to any black will start the PS. Looks like the new XPS high-end units are different. BTW, you want to go to Technical Overview that will show the pinout for you system.
