test bench?

i am thinking about getting a test bench to setup another folding box.
anybody have any advice?
.
 
i can spend what it takes to get what i want,
mostly i need it to fit a shelf that has 12 inch height, i want something sturdy and easy to work with.

i was looking at the dimastechs.

i was leaning towards the lian li T-60 but it does seem tall for the shelf i want to put it on.
