"Test Bench" vs Case, which to get?

I was also in the same boat eyeballing that test bench. Theres a separate lian li bracket that goes on the front to accommodate 2x120mm fans. I was going to get that and a Corsair h100. =Awesome cooling and a way to hide some wires going to the gpu and mobo.
