Will be changing jobs within AMD in 2 weeks. Catalyst has been a great ride for me with alot of ups and downs.

Looks like there will be a new sheriff in charge of the Catalyst driver team. I think this could only be a net positive, unfortunately.
 
Saw this on Guru3D and according to a couple of posts from Catalyst Maker (which I'm inclined to believe is actually him), he isn't actually in charge of the engineering or development team. So it's unlikely you're going to see any drastic changes as a (direct) result of him going to another post within AMD.
