I am looking to migrate a current piece of software I currently have local installations on 5 PCs to a 5 user license in terminal services. The vendor has agreed to also provide standalone licenses in the event of a server failure. It is possible to write a script that will create one icon to launch the software from terminal services if it is available if not, launch the local installation?
