Alright, im looking to spend some money on a accurate tempurature monitor for my cpu and case temps. im no longer trusting abit eq for my temp gathering needs. ive been looking into tempurature probes as an accurate way of decifering temps. ive foudn one i like.

has anyone here ever used one of these before and if so, how well did it gauge temps? any other suggestions are welcomed. thanks

That Compunurse, if I'm not mistaken, actually runs on a battery and you plug it in for the backlight. Seems kinda cheesy to me. If you have room an Aerogate or a Hardcano type fan controller/temp monitor would be better.

That link for Asus and Abit owners is great.

wow, that article is eye opening. thanks for it. im definately gonna buy some sort of temp probe now that i see how bad abits temp gauging is. id get the hardcano, but the funds are low these days(still paying the rents back for my rig).
