All 3 fans are hooked to a baybus. Not sure what speed they were at at the time...but um...still...

I am normally running 7v rear 120, 7v to teh 7000-AlCu, and 0v to the front 120mm. Front fan is noisier then the rear fan :)

I switch to 12v all around when gaming.
 
Refer to MBM's website for the probes in your board. Most boards have 3 sensors, one which has no use since it doesn't relate to the CPU or the Case temp. Refer there first and see if your sensors are set correctly.
