Temps wont change?

I run orthos and i see that my cpu useage is at 100 percent but my temps never move from 50 and 46C witch appear to be idle but idk as orthos doesnt change them.

Im using core temp to see temps.

If your temps don't change, there's a problem with a sensor/program.

Try a different version of core temp, Speedfan, or Hardware Monitor. There's more, but I just threw those out.

Your temps are kinda high for idle, and low for load.

those temps might be 10 degrees lower than actual temps, go to your bios and confirm to be sure.

When i boot up bios normally says 32

And im not getting shutdowns as i have it to shutdown at 60C.
