Temps seem high?

I've got an athlon 64 3000+, s754, Stock Cooling, NewCastle Core.
I OC'd from its stock speed of 2.0GHz to 2.2GHz and my temps are as follows:

Idle: 40c
Load:49c

Is it me, or do these temps seem high for such a small overclock?
 
Ambient is allways 34C, but I havent cleaned teh filters in my case in a while...I think I'll take care of that now :D

[Edit] make that 32C for ambient, processor aslo droped a full degree! [/Edit]
