Temps Rising Over time?

I have a 2.8C proc with stock HSF and AS5. I've noticed my load temps rising lately, I reseated the CPU with AS5 about 3 months ago and i'd say in the past month temps went up maybe 8C or so. Theres no dust obstruction and fans are running at same speeds as always, any idea what would cause this?
 
If you Reseated it with Artic Silver. How much did you put on as you know it can act as an insulator if you use to much...
 
I used grain of rice sized, and it may be the weather although winter is coming so temps should be dropping not rising :D
