I just did an upgrade to an athlon 64 3400+ and I got an Thermaltake slient boost k8 . My question is at idle I'm running at 38c however, when I'm at load it hits about 55c. now is this ok because I have never had an heatsink combo that had such an high range from idel to load.. my system temps are around 29c? not OC.
