Temps on the rise

I've got a A64 2800+ with stock HSF and Arctic Silver. The problem is, my temps are constantly on the rise. My computer is always under load with F@H running, but I'd have thought the temps would have stopped rising by this point. The other day, after having my computer on for 3 days straight, from build to full use, my processor was running 49C. Today it has risen to 52C load. There has been no change in temp in my house or anything like that.

I believe I may know what the problem is, but I am unsure of how to correct it. I think I might have a void where there is no air flow, right over the processor.

1) Power supply fan sucking away from the processor.
2) 2 80mm fans, exhaust. 1 died last night, so at the moment theres only 1.
3) Processor, blowing onto the heatsink.
4) 4 80mm fan mounts, only has 2 80mm intake fans.

It seems that, with all the fans around the processor sucking away, there is little air left to blow onto the processor causing the temps rise. I am unsure of how to get more air to that specific location. I'll be cutting my case and adding more fans, but was wondering; what should I do for more airflow and better cooling?
 
2 fans on exhaust should be ~60cfm. + fan in PSU - that another ~15cfm. 4 fans on intake should give you adequate intake for positive case pressure - ~120cfm (based on 30cfm per fan).

just have all fans installed, and you'll have a good ~70cfm blowing through your case on a constant basis, with good positive case pressure. you can even afford fan filter on intake fans in the front - those drop ~20-30% in CFM, but even with 90cfm, you'll have posive case pressure. that's what i call a good airflow.

if you are so inclined, you can add another 80mm fan on top of your case, to alleviate a hotspot in top you case.

but more cooling is not necessary. rethink (and resit, to say the least) your heatsink if you want better temps.
