Temps on my Overclock

Hi All,
I just recently finished a new build, hadn't done a build since 2003, and this is also my first time overclocking. The main relevant components I think in terms of temps are:

Intel Q6600 G0 Stepping
Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme + Scythe S-Flex fan SFF21F
Asus P5K-E Motherboard
Vista Home Edition 64 Bit
Voltage: 1.375 (set in BIOS)

Thus far I have gotten it to overclock to 3.24 ghz (9x360), however one thing I noticed was almost the entire time my idle temps shortly after booting up are in the low 40s (43ish), even when I was near stock speeds, but my load temps are fairly consistently in the high 50's/low 60s (Core 0 and 1 are mostly 60 atm, Core 2 and 3 are 58-59). I've been stress testing with two copies of the current Orthos (set to use core 0/1 and core 2/3 respectively) and thus far it has been stable running for about 6 hours, and I use the current CoreTemp to monitor temps (With some batch file to load the driver to work in Vista 64). I know these chips supposedly can take higher heat (I thought I saw pics with people in the 70s and 80s under load), so are my temps ok? Is there any apparent drawback from higher idle temps if my load temps seem to be kinda under control? One other thing, I've just been leaving the BIOS setting for my RAM voltage on Auto, is this a bad idea?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Your load temps are what you primarily want to keep an eye out for. Looks good to know.
