temps ok w/ nv silencer?

hey all, installed my silencer about 2 weeks ago and i thought i was getting some good temps but now as i look at other people's gpu's, seems my temps are kinda crappy....getting 45C idle, 69C when running 3dmark or rthdribl with clocks at 510/1330 on the 7800gtx
i have a 120mm fan as exhaust, 1 as intake, and an 80mmfan on the side window as intake
using rivatuner, i set the fan for 100% at all times but it still seems kinda hot...what do u guys think? shud i re seat it? i used the stock paste that came applied onto it

anyone have anything? come on guys i know someone ahs something to say :(
 
Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't you have more overall airflow dedicated to your exhaust than your intake?
 
Actually its better to have more intake fans than exhaust If I remember.

Anyway, those temps are not that good, reseat the cooler properly with a correct amount of ARTIC SILVER 5 (a little bit, google and research it).

The 7800GTX stock cooler is quite good no? :)
