Today i mounted 2 120mm fans on the side of my case and my CPU temp is 29 and my case is 25. My processor is a AMD 64 3700+ sandy and i am just wondering if these are good temps for a stock HSF for a 3700+ sandy

Cool, because i am going to get a si-120 and another 120mm fan also, hopefully it will help. Prolly not because i cant put AS5 on for shit.

WoW super nice temps i hav about 11 fans in my case and my idle temps cant get below 36 but case is around low 30's to high 30's when gaming. GJ

That's really good. I've got like ONE case fan and my case temp hits like 35C

Cool, all that hard work paid off. I was cutting the plexiglass(i think it was), prolly some cheap ass asian shit. Anways i would cut it with a jigsaw, and the plastic would just remelt back into place. It was so funny, but anyways we had to pull out the dremmel

What HSF are you using?

Be nice, those asians made your CPU and probably 95% of the parts in your compy.

I have stock HSF, i am getting a SI-120 and another 120mm fan in about 3-4 days

What's your ambient temp? I'm a little skeptical you're getting 29C on a stock HSF. You might want to check for a bios update...

Im using mbm5. Plus i bought my mobo 2 weeks ago.

MSI k8n neo2-F
3500+ sandy
6800GT

2 80mm fans in the front, 2 80mm fans in the back and 2 120mms on the side near my cpu.

Most of the time my cpu is 30-33C idle, it goes to 29 occasionally.
