My Specs:

X2 3800+ @ 2.3Ghz (51C Load)
eVGA 7900GT CO (500/1500) 66C Load
MB 41C Load

Are those temps about average for _stock cooling_ solutions? I'm thinking of upgrading my CPU HSF to a Zalman (don't know exact model) and nv silencer for the GPU, but I want to know if these temps are ok for now? I don't plan on OCing much more, but just want "safe temps" :D

Those seem ok. Right on for the 7900GT, but maybe a tad high on the mobo/CPU, but then again I don't know what dual cores run normally. And, by the way, the current revision of the NV Silencer doesn't fit properly on the 7900 cards, it is too long. The exhaust side of it won't fit inside of your case, so you either have to mod your case slightly or shorten the Silencer. Do a search on it, you'll find some threads about it.

Thats stock HSF for the dual right? If so, I believe thats right. Check your airflow..make sure your fans are pointing in the right directions and that you have good case air flow. How much volts are you putting through that?

1.4v on the CPU, and my fans in my case (Tsunami) are at the default. Front + Side coming in, Rear + PSU going out. I've cleaned the cables as well, so AFAIK, nothing should be blocking airflow.

However, last night after running 3DMark06, it showed my score, then stuff started turning black (just random things?) and the screen would just go black for like 5 seconds, come back on for like 1 or 2 seconds, and then just keep doing that until I restarted. What could cause that?

Can anyone answer why it messed up after 3DMark06? I just played Oblivion for 3 hours fine, and I played CS:S earlier today. Kind of weird.

3dmark could be stressing it more so your vid card is getting hot or your
psu cant handle the load

I've already checked the PSU before (voltages were fine), but I'll check it again under load during 3DMark06. Then again, it may have just been a one time thing, because I haven't ran it since (I've been busy >_>)...

I'll definitely get back to you guys though :p

P.S.
I know I've said it before, but I played Oblivion for another 6 (or was it 10? lol) hours today! Although one time it did give me nv4_disp.dll BSOD, but that happend after minimizing Oblivion and re-opening the window. Apparently other people have had this problem though, so I don't think it means anything.
