Temperature help!

I recently overhauled my system to make it a silent pc but the temps have risen a little so my question is, what is the safe operating temp for HDs, Mobos, CPUs, etc. I think it was worth it to convert it since it is whisper quite now, but I really don't want to burn anything out! Below are the temps for my system gear.

Asus P5WD2: ~43-45c
Intel 560J: ~53-55c (Idle) ~62-65c (Load)
WD Raptor: ~34-37c
Mxt 500gb: ~40-41c
EVGA 7600GS Passive: ~55-60c

Everything is fine except for your CPU it's kinda high for load.

Thanks for the help. It's good to know that everything else is running ok. Believe it or not, my 560J hits around 70c while under full load even at the stock 3.6 I'm running it at right now! Hopefully those temps will drop once I pull the trigger on that 120 Extreme I've been wanting. I envy you guys that have the cooler running C2Ds and C2Qs.
