Temperature Discrepancies

I'm a bit puzzled with temperature readouts I'm getting on my sff system. EVEREST is giving me 31C for both cores, TAT is giving me 46C for both cores, and the thermal monitoring system on my case(micro fly) is giving me a 29.1C readout.
Specs:

e4300 @ 2.7ghz
OCZ DDR2 667Mhz
7900GS OC
F-I90HD
430 Watt PSU
320GB HDD

Any help would be appreciated.

i would believe TAT. and use coretemp and see what it says
