I was considering putting my '77 bonneville heatercore at the front of my case with the intake fans blowing across it, but I'm wondering how much heat this will dump into the air. Does it really matter at all? I've heard that the difference in temps between water intake and outtake on the h/c is usually < 5 F, so I can't imagine the air would get too hot. Anybody done this before / know if it will cause bad things to happen?

If you are refering to having fresh air drawn into your case through the rad, it will make basically nil difference in your case temps. They will rise somewhat but not much...

Case temps will probably go up a degree or two. If you have bad ventilation, perhaps up 5 celsius. If you have good exhaust and the air is moving, then you have nothing to worry about.

Ok, thanks guys ^^, There was a thread at Gruntville about cooling, and someone said that you shouldn't use the radiator as intake, so I figured I would ask, cause it's the only spot I can fit one.
