Temp Software

Just upgraded to Win 10 64 bit on a fresh install. DL Core Temp and it flaked out. Looking at Real and Core Temp neither has been updated in years. Anyone have a software to monitor CPU temps that works well on the newer OS?

Not sure why an update would matter if the programs are still fully compatible and they read the temps as expected. If there's some kind of Windows 10 issue then the problem lies with Windows 10 more than likely, perhaps running the tools with Admin privileges will help.

I'm recently switched to HWInfo for my temp monitoring needs.

If you're on Intel, Intel Extreme Tuning Utility is very good. It's not portable though.

For portable, as already said HWInfo "Sensors Only" is good, but I prefer the older versions that have a simplified interface.
