Alright, my system seems to not like warm reboots (or cold boots from having the PSU on\plugged in for a day or so). When I cold-boot the computer after the PSU has been deprived of power (via power cable or the switch), I get good temperatures... 34°C idle, 45°C load. However, on any other type of boot (warm, cold with PSU plugged in) I get an idle temperature of 44°C. The room temperature is relatively constant... not varying more than 2°C total (+/- 1°C, not +/-2°C).

System:
1x Abit NF7-S 2.0 (bios 24) ... mb link ... BIOS link
1x AMD Athlon XP 1800+ JIUHB (Thoroughbred B.) @ 11 x 200 (1.6V)
1x 512MB GeIL Value RAM PC3200 @ 400Mhz running 6-3-3 (2.8V)
1x 160GB Western Digital WD1600JB
1x Generic 52x CD-RW
1x Gigabyte ATi Radeon 9600XT
1x Powmax Aluminum 400W PSU (2x 80mm fans )... link

Any ideas?
