temp problems?

i have a p4 2.8 prescott that i recently overclocked to 3.0 ghz...my temps are around 55 idle, half load (processes but no gaming) is about 60 and full load 65/68
i kno that prescotts are suppsoed to "run hot" but is this TOO hot?
i have 2 80mm fans on my antec lanboy and a blower in a pci slot
i also added a desk fan that just faces the back of the case, it helps about 2 to 3 degrees =)

well basically, i just want to know what i can do to lower the temp and if these are stable enough to overclock a bit more
