65 degrees Celsius = 149 degrees FahrenheitI'm not so sure if this version of coretemp (0.95)is accurately reporting these temps (at least on my rig- check the sig). I dropped my clock down to stock and with the Ninja heatsink (ambient room temp is like 65C) I'm idling at 43C according to core temp. And it seems impossible for that to be right. Hopefully they figure something out and I just don't have a ridiculously hot e4300. Speedfan seems to agree with 0.94 temp wise, and TAT won't run on my rig so I'm stuck with the combination of those two. Before this new version coretemp is definitely my vote for the best temp monitoring program out.

And you're lapped e4300 at 3.3 idles at a lower temp then my stock speed idles at. I mean come on, there must be something wrong here.

CoreTemp 0.94 and SpeedFan 4.32 report exactly the same core temperatures.Are the 2 core temps on Speedfan the same as Coretemp?
From what I understand the max temp is 100C. Does this mean that I can run it at higher temperatures and not do any damage to it? Usually I try and keep them below 60C, but if its got a higher tolerance for the heat can I run it hotter without any detrimental effect on the life of the processor?
