Temp Folder Problems

I'm trying to install acrobat reader and I keep getting this message, which stops the installation.

"The temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have write permission on the temp folder"

I have over 80% free on my 250GB hard drive.

Not sure what to do with this one, any suggestions?

Are you on Vista?

If so, try right-clicking the setup.exe compatibility, set it to "WIN XP SP2" and Run as administrator.
