Temp computer, will eventually become a render node

So im looking for a computer that I can do some light 3d modeling/rendering on for about a year. After a year i will likely upgrade and this build will become a render node. I would prefer an i7 920 build if possible.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
3D modelling and rendering with 3ds and vray. Some photoshop and after effects. Im probably going to use it for light gaming

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
As cheap as possible, preferably under $800

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
Everything except monitors. Including all components and a case

May want to buy a better cooler and overclock in the future but at the moment no

dual monitors 1280x800

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
no raid for firewire and i dont plan on ever using xfire or sli

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
