Tell me your case temperature

I have an old case that I've been using for quite awhile now... probably about 5 or 6 years. Well, it doesn't have the best cooling, but I want to know how bad it really is...

Right now, my case temperature is 41C.

And my CPU is 42C.

So, if you could tell me what kind of case you have, and what your temps are like, I would be very appreciative.

how the hell can you have a case temp of 20 C??? that only about 70 F degrees! I guess you don't live somewhere it gets hot in the summer

It's been a bit warm here today and the comp's been running all day. Right now the case is 41 and the cpu 55. That's the hottest it's been since I got this new rig running a couple weeks ago.

Had downgraded the cpu fan because it made it sound like a jet ready for take-off.

All my temps are a few degrees above absolute zero..

But seriously, room = 27C, case = 32C, CPU = 42C, GPU = 45C. All idle temps.

old PC: 32 board, 41 CPU @ idle in approx. 27C ambient
1600+, kt266a, gf3 ti200, 4 case fans, 1 cpu fan on thermalright SLK-7 in a cut open Enlight 7237

new: 32 board, 36 CPU, 53 GPU @ idle in same room. this should change when I move the fans around.

CPU: 43C
That's idle temps with two 60mm outake and two 80mm outake running

Add in my two Sunon 120mm intake fans that push 108CFM each into the equation and not only does it sound like a 747 on takeoff, but the temps drop to:
Case: 22C
CPU: 39C

Not that much of an improvement. That's why I reserve the 120's for gaming. I used to have a pair of 120mm Delta fans that were pushing in the order of 150CFM each... Loud as hell though. Had to give em the boot even though my idle temps were around 32C.

my comp is silent and still remains ~32C full load... got your typical dragon but with a 92 mm in bottom drive cage, blow hole, and side panel fan room temps about 70~80F sorry about diff units... its just how i measure them is different... right now(idle) my case is 72 F and my cpus heat sink is 86 F using external probes that are accurate... the ~32 C figure is whats reported from mobo full load... ill check out my external sensor after playing a few rounds of doom3 tonight
