Telephone & Phone Book Software?

Hi, I was wondering if theres any type of software that can store telephone #s and then if you want to dail that number you can just have the program use the modem do it and have the conversation over the computer?

I know Outlook and ACT are both capable of this feature, I'm sure there are many more.

Really Outlook can use the modem and dial the actual number?

Yeah, if you look in the contacts, you'll notice that phone numbers are underlined. Just click on it and set it up. Note, this is Outlook, not Outlook Express. I'm not sure if the Vista version (windows mail) will do it or not, but I'd bet on not.
