This is when i decided to start my tidy-up,
1stly i removed all the panels:

its still in development (got psu and rads to come) but this is what i have so far:

Im still waiting for the water cooling holes to be drilled by my friend thats why the gfx card is propped up and the back panel loose. :(
the new psu should be in the post. i did have the system running before the psu blew :O

It's a bit underwhelming, really. Not a completely finished system, as you've got no CPU waterblock and half the kit isn't even connected. And it'll most certainly look messy.

well im ordering the final parts today. ill post pics with my cpu block and psu (semi done) then again with gfx block, new HDD rack and remote control fan controller. pics of it lit up etc will come also. eventually i will get round to spraying the innards i hope..
 
hope so. got a drill today for my pipes. rang my supplier and there still testing my psu... wish it would come. i got an alphacool gt triple rad and 6! fans coming with the new psu when it comes:)
 
update: the drill i found was blunt, stiill no holes drilled. however my new psu is on its way. i got the hiper type-r 730w, alphacool gt triple rad, 6 fans and some AS5!

lol. No, I think you're doing a nice job - better than what I could ever do. Get it finished though....and maybe some more lighting (CCFLs\LEDs) in the case would be nice :).

haha. thats how good i am :) theres already 2 12" sticks. ones behind cd drives and shines across mobo and the others behind the strut below HDD.
rad and psu fitting 2day :)

I hope your going to shorten up those wires coming from your radiator, and have just one wire headed to the case for the fans. Looks good so far, with I could afford all of that.
 
well the water cooling kit was £60 and the rad £40 so it wasnt too bad, but im sopending £200 on new eveything apart from rad when i have the money :) the leads from the case are temporary, just until i get a new fan controller than will sit under the rad (with its mount which i will build) and be remote control :p the fans appear to be silent. i put my ear next to them and couldnt really hear a thing, but my system is pretty loud and it may just be downing them out, even so, very, very quiet. they're antec (black) and thermaltake (blue/clear)
 
How are those Akasa fans on your rad? I guess they are cheap as always but yours looks quite good quality!
 
yeah. they're great. they dont rattle or anything and are inaudible as far as i know. ill deffinately buy them again. but i prefer led's :p
 
And what are those in case with leds? What's model of Akasa fans and where did you get them?
 
on the rad they're Tt (they came on rad with case(thermaltake armour lcs) and the internals are coolermaster

I've got the same case and want to upgrade my Rad to copper instead of aluminum. I'm looking at the same rad brand but the one with 2 or 3 larger fans, the rad itself has the same dimensions as yours.
Could the size of your rad fit inside the case where the original rad was, as I want to keep mine in its original location. Your's probably won't fit because of the extra depth due to having fans in front and back(they would probably hit the HD's), but your rad is also 13 mm (i think) wider than the original TT rad.

yoiu properably could get the rad internal, but, you could only have 1 cd drive and the power buttons. external works fine for me or mount it along the top. i just realised, i think my rads aluminium, and my system is copper :( seems to work ok though :)
 
I'll bet your seeing white particulates in your cooling water system. Those are salts as a result of corrosion.
 
funnily enough when my sys was all Tt i got them, now i changed rad i havent :)
 
yeah, but my old rad was the proper Tt one. seems odd they'd sell a corrosive system.
 
Over the last couple of months ive finally had a good bit of use out of it without parts failing and breaking.
It needs a bit of cable management work, but im hoping for a whole new WC setup in the coming months so it'll have to come out most properably.
As you may notice i sprayed my case black, what do you think?
Any suggestions for making it better?

I 100% guarantee you will regret the Thermaltake Bigwater.
And not to be a bother, but I'm sure that case has pre-drilled holes for watercooling, you just had to hit them with a blunt object and the covers would snap right off. Good first foray into watercooling, though. And good choice of radiator!
 
thanks, and yes i regret it. the rad that came with it corroded. im gettin a whole new loop. tubes wouldnt reach the pre-drilled holes :(
