This will probably be my last thread here in awhile. Once again as stated before, I want an lcd to play halo 2 and 360 games using component cables up to 720p. I record halo 2 using 'video out' on my current tv with a capture card. The yellow cord runs from the 'video out' to the yellow port on my capture card so i can play and record composite at the same time.

One thing I have figured out tho. People I have talked to say it is nearly impossible to play at 720p while recording unless you buy a $2000 HD capture card. The thing is, if there is an lcd with video out I could simply use the method I am using now. Or if anyone knows a capture card for about $200 that can record 720p please post. If not, still please post your thoughts.

I'm not quite understanding your problem. You want to capture 720p from 360 but your capture card can't do it. How does a LCD with TV out solve this problem?

no, 720p would be my 2nd option. what im syaing is if i could find one with video out i wouldnt need a new capture card. if i cannot find an lcd with video out i will need a cap card that can capture 720p.
