Tearing in Games

I've recently bought a Samsung 245bw and am experiencing some tearing in games. It only seems to happen if I run the panel at a non-native resolution. I know that enabling vsync should fix this but it doesn't seem to always work. I don't see any tearing with vsync on at native res.

For example when I run Crysis, even if I force vsync in the driver, I still get tearing in the top third of the screen.

Any have any suggestions on how to fix this?

NM - I fixed it by playing with the driver scaling settings.
