Tearing in games... no Vsync?

I just got that $400 22" Westinghouse LCD. So far so good, but when I play HL2 I get some pretty major tearing when I move quickly. But when I enable Vsync, the game gets all jittery and unplayable. Any ideas?

Jittery? Hmm..does it happen in other games when you enable vsync?

Try playing with the mouse smoothing option, maybe turning it off and test.

I updated my 91.31's to 91.33's and that fixed the jittering. Much better now.
