Just wanted to know which is better in terms of performance, which would you choose and why?

Also, I plan to run one of these blocks with a GPU block - would a ViaAqua 1300 be sufficient enough? (heatercore is about an inch wider than a chevette).

see my response at procooling about the blocks...i wouldnt ever use a via pump, you have to mod them just to get usability and they have a horrible reliability record...get a danner mag 3 from marinedepot.com (under Power Heads, Supreme brand)

my slightly modded TC-4 Rev2

block is a D-tek TC-4 Rev2 which I modded by dimpling the base of the channels dimple are about .5mm before they'd punch thru the base...very close shit.

D-tek Procore with panaflo M1A 120mm
Eheim 1250 317 gal/hr

I had posted pics eons ago.
I may be redoing my loop later on this week or next week (havent decided yet) but ill see if i can take pics again of the inside :)
But it was just a simple proceedure...all I did was dimple the base of the channels...nothing spectacular :p

I think this is just a good example of how a high flow system can work well. The DTEK Pro Core is just a heatercore with barbs installed. I'm setting up a similar system with a danner instead, and the whole setup will be about $150. Pretty damn good for a $25 waterblock IMO.
